Most accounting firms out there use charge rates and we feel that those firms are directly rewarded for how inefficient they are; the longer they take the more they charge.

We don’t think that is fair on you so Accountek have scrapped charge rates. Instead, we will give you a fixed price in writing and in advance of us starting. When we get into the work if we are inefficient then that’s our problem – the price remains the same. If the scope of the work changes as we get into the project then we will inform you of any price changes. Normally the price does not change because we spend quality time with you at the outset to determine the exact scope of the work.

The above monthly subscription prices will run for a minimum 12 month engagement cycle and get reviewed at each anniversary thereafter. Please note that any special work, project or service outside the scope of the above offerings will be invoiced on a fee for service basis. Examples: Structure setup costs, Capital Gains Calculations and CGT schedules, preparation of finance/funding proposals, due diligence, etc.
